Welcome to our 4 bedroom Mediterranean villa with spacious private terrace areas and very large pool which also has a separate children's pool located in 800sq metres of land, surrounded by olive, lemon & pomegranate trees.
Villa Zeytinlik is ideally located on top of the Kalamar hillside away from the busy main road, it has breathtaking views overlooking Snake and Mouse islands, and is a short walk to the private beach clubs where you can swim, snorkel, scuba dive, paraglide and do many more activities. There are many excellent local restaurants and bars within a short stroll, or simply enjoy the sun and shade from one of our many terraces with a meal cooked in our fully equiped kitchen, you are guaranteed a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, this includes the master bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom and double bedroom overlooking the pool area. This floor also has a family bathroom, all bedrooms have direct access to the pool area via Sliding patio doors.
Bedroom number 4 is located on the top floor and is ensuite and boasts a beautiful terrace with amazing sea views, if needed this can be made completely self contained and accessed by an external staircase. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The first floor terrace has stunning views and is perfect for alfresco dining on those warm summer nights, the terrace is accessed by the patio doors from the lounge with huge sofa and dining table and chairs. This room also has a fully working log burner for those who fancy visiting Kalkan out of season (Our villa is available to rent 12 months of the year) adjacent to the lounge dining area is the large fully equipped kitchen enabling you to comfortably self cater if that is your holiday preference.
Outside is one of the largest private pools in Kalkan, the depth varies between 5 and 8 feet it is surrounded by ample sun beds, umbrellas and seating. The separate children's pool is shallow enough for even the smallest to paddle in. Pool towels are provided.
The pool man visits regularly to maintain the pool and gardens, Maid service will be provided half way through your stay for 2 weeks or more to change bedding, towels and to clean. If you require the maid service more frequently it can be arranged for a small extra charge.
While we understand you may want an independent holiday but for those requiring assistance transfers, private hire, boat trips and tours can all be arranged for you.
