Booking
a 20% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival, we also require with the final payment a 250 GBP damage deposit which will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the villa subject to satisfactory check.
The Villa rental price includes the cost of the normal usage of gas, electricity, mains water
Rental rates are for the entire property.
